Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, in the heart of Essex County, Terrell Flowers has seen firsthand what foreclosure does to families, neighborhoods, and generational wealth. It’s not an abstract problem to him—it’s personal.

With two bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Business Management, and two MBAs in Risk Management and Finance from Rutgers University–Newark Business School and Saint Peter’s University, Terrell built his career understanding how debt, risk, construction risk, and financial systems really work—especially when they fail everyday people.

But education alone doesn’t save homes. That’s why Terrell operates from every angle of the solution. As a licensed New Jersey Realtor, Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), and licensed General Contractor, Terrell doesn’t just analyze problems—he executes solutions. He can evaluate market value, structure financing or payoff strategies, oversee renovations, and guide the entire transaction from distress to resolution—without handoffs, confusion, or delays.

After years working in finance and risk management, he founded Keys & Capital Holdings with a clear mission: to help homeowners facing foreclosure exit with dignity, clarity, and money in their pocket—not pressure, misinformation, or false promises.
